- BUG FIXES
   ~ Some high value items have had their protection values changed.
   ~ Fixed some of the Icthlarin's sceptre inventory options.
   ~ Very Rare items from Wintertodt will now yell. (Does not include Pyromancer gear)

- BALANCE CHANGES 
   ~ You can no longer bring the Goblin Banker into the Chambers of Xeric.
   ~ You now get 15 Amethyst dart tips from Crafting an Amethyst crystal.
   ~ Some more adjustments have been made to Nex.
   ~ Some more changes have been made to Theater of Blood.
   ~ Ghost Hunter Battleaxe's special attack now boost your strength a bit more.
   ~ Jurrascken is now less likely to hit through your prayer. 
   ~ The odds of receiving some items from Wintertodt have been improved. (Including the event bond)
   ~ Ring of Thanos now requires you to be below level 40 wilderness to teleport.
   ~ Raider Boxes have received the following changes;
       * Rates of some items have changed. 
       * Ironmen must now have completed at least 1 Chamber of Xeric and require a Slayer level of 91 to open.
       * Provide Platinum tokens instead of coins.

- OTHER CHANGES
   ~ Something has happened to the Rabbit in Prifddinas. ::event to check it out
   ~ Maxx has been added to home, he sells 3 new Max Capes:
      * Gilded Max Cape  = 500M Coins +  Max Cape (Just cosmetic)
      * Maxx Cape = All 23 Master Capes (Just cosmetic)
      * Shadowsilk Max Cape = Shadowsilk Cloak + 5 Dark Stones + Max Cape
