Server Updates 8/3/2018 "Player Appreciation Event 3"

~ As a Thank You for playing The Revival, we're hosting our 3rd Player Appreciation event!!
   * To get their type ::event, speak with Captain Cain for a brief explanation or just head down the ladder!
   * Kill penance fighters for some dank lootage, the main thing your going for is the Queen Contract
   * Use the Queen Contract on the Penance Fighter statue near the ladder to fight the Queen!
   * You can collect items via skilling to create an Omega EGG which can be used to instantly kill the boss!
         - Special Potion via Herblore
         - Spikes Via Smithing
         - Yellow Egg Via Runecrafting

 

~ Mystery boxes should no longer yell when received as a monster drop.
~ Elite melee void has been slightly nerfed, Elite range void has been slightly buffed.
~ $5 Dollar Bonds only disassemble for 50k Rare Components now.
~ $10 and $25 bonds can now be disassembled for Rare components (100k/250k).
~ Agility cape now doubles the MoG from completing the course.
~ Added a few new things to the Bounty Hunter shop.
~ The chance of hitting the RDT has been improved (1/60).
~ Guardian Boots now have 6 strength bonus, making them BiS.

~ Event bundle contains:
   * 1x $25 Bond
   * 25x Mystery Box
   * 10x Queen Contract
   * 10x Omega Egg

Enjoyable update, but I feel as if the rates on item drop for the Omega Egg are off balanced. I received nearly 54 Special Potions from making 2k Super prayers, 4 Spikes from smithing 3k bars, and have received 0 eggs from roughly 6-8k Runes crafted. I would normally chuck it to bad luck, but that differential seems too extreme.
