Server Updates 4/24/2020 "Bug Fixes and Other Changes"

Hey guys just a smaller update to fix and improve a couple things; 

~ A bank chest was added to the ::event area.
~ Loot Balloon will now give everyone an Easter Egg whenever it is popped.
~ Removed the message when breaking down dense essence.
~ You can now randomly hurt yourself when breaking down dense essence.
~ Decorative Robe pieces now have a shop value.
~ Tome of Fires boost with fire spells has been improved.
~ You can now use the command ::ext (does the same as ::extreme)
~ Golden Hammer can now disassemble the Avernic Defender (You will not get the dragon defender back)
~ Minor adjustments to the Slayer Shop.
~ You can now use the command ::exttitle to get your extreme title back.
~ Contributor Zone now has some Summer Pies.
~ The slayer box yell will be disabled untill the event is over.
~ Rise of The six has had its loot adjusted, some new items were added, rates were changed.
~ Barrows Brothers in the RoTS minigame now deal more damage.
~ RoTS now has a 10.0% chance of yielding an Easter Egg. (Previously 20%)
~ Sorceress Garden now has a 16.67% chance of yielding an Easter Egg. (Previously 33%)
~ Compleing the Outbreak minigame now gives 2 Medium cash bags (1/50 chance of a large aswell)
~ Zombie Rat Kings now have less defence and health.
~ Zombie's now have lower max hits.
~ The odds of receiving loot from Zombies has been lowered slightly, the odds from Rat Kings has been increased.

* Double Slayer points has been turned off
   - Yea we forgot to turn off double slayer points and its been double slayer points for like 2 months.
