Server Updates 8/17/2020 "Fixes"

There is a new client, you can either restart your client or download the new one here.

~ Fixed various items that were messed up;
     * Special Restore Potions
     * Zarosian Potions
     * Combat Lamp / Pure Starter Kit
     * Crystal Halberd 

~ Fixed various npcs that were messed up;
     * Outbreak NPCs have been fixed (including the pet).
     * Loot Hunters have been changed.
     * Brian has been changed. (Garden Pie guy is no longer a sheep)
     * Cave Horrors have been fixed. 
     * Zoo Keeper has been fixed.

~ Made some adjustments to Hydra.
     * Now has 500 HP, will switch to 2nd phase once its below 100 health.
     * If you do happen to kill it before it switches, you will now get the loot, you can bypass the 2nd phase.
     * First phase is weak to melee (stab) Second phase is weak to range (bolt).
     * Changed some of the drops and moved the teleport closer to the door (so it's easier to fight it again)
     * Dragon hunter lance now has stats & animations. (It does extra damage against dragons.)

~ Runecrafting altars should be fixed. 
~ ::afk zone has been changed.
~ Legacy Ticket/Stocks are now stackable.`
~ Baller Rank should be working correctly. (You need new client for this.)
