I suggest there be a system of tasks that either occurs weekly or daily or both. There can an NPC that assigns these. The tasks can be skilling or monster killing. Daily Ex) Chop 100 Yew Logs Weekly Ex) Vote 7 times. This will give people motivation to skill and it will bring a new variety of playing to the players. There could even be a point system for completion with its own shop. As for what would be in the shop could be up for discussion but I feel task systems promote a lot of activity in the game!
