Probably could of put a bit more effort into the application, as it's a direct comparison to how you will perform as a staff member, to me it seems sloppy and lazy. No vote from me, not because I'm "Toxic" but just being real. Don't know you well enough to judge.

That could also work. Although that method would also greatly increase the chance of people forgetting their password and ending up locked out as well.

General Bugs I've been playing probably close to 200 hours now in-game. I invited all my mates to come over and join me on this server and on first appearance the server appears to be pretty buggy. Most of them were instantly deterred off but I had to convince them that it is actually really good aside form the bugs. So, with that said, basic bug improvements should be made. Some examples include: Trident isn't a Trident. I think trident attack should be added. Pathing is kind of 'eh'. Fishing you have to manually stand up to the spot, kinda goes with pathing I guess Offering bones shows as a High Alch GFX? Recieving Slayer tasks (Adventurers) that you can't even attack because your not 95 Slayer Kraken having a single tile that is not multicombat. And the pathing there is sort of questionable. Account Security In case some of you are unaware, there has been a few accounts being hacked recently. Obviously don't use the same password for everything, sometimes when you sign up to things and they eventually close their data is leaked and with that, your emails and passwords. SO CHANGE EM. But, obviously not every player will do this and so I feel a step should be made by the developers to add a system, where if your account is logged in from a new IP you should have to put in that PIN before being able to move/interact with anything in the game. This system alone would stop almost all chances of a hacker hijacking accounts.
