Items you need can be found mostly in skilling shop
or general iron store for iron men (must buy dragon pickaxe from players, or recieve as drop)
You will also need either an explorer backpack (to access mudskipper point quickly) or regular donator zone (cost 55m from rasolo or the charter on the docks)
Extreme XP Rates l Regular XP Rates
Tin ore = 350 xp - 1,750 xp
Copper ore = 350 xp - 1,750 xp
Iron ore = 700 xp - 3,500 xp ~ level 21 you 1 tick with iron
Coal ore = 1,000 xp - 5,000 xp ~ level 41 you 1 tick with rune
Gold ore = 1,300 xp - 6,500 xp ~ level 48 you 1 tick with rune
Mithril ore = 1,600 xp - 8,000 xp ~ level 64 you 1 tick with dragon / infernal, level 68 with rune
Daeyalt ore = 1,400 xp - 7,000 xp AFK ~ level 80 regardless of pickaxe
Adamantite ore = 1,900 xp - 9,500 xp ~ level 87 you 1 tick with dragon / infernal, level 96 with rune
Runite ore = 2,500 xp - 12,500 xp ~ DON'T BOTHER
Rune bar rock = 2,700 xp - 13,500 xp ~ level 94 with dragon / infernal, impossible with rune
ALL ORES FROM TIN TO ADAMANTITE EXCLUDING DAEYALT CAN BE FOUND IN SKILLING TELEPORTS > MINING
RUNE BAR ROCKS CAN BE FOUND IN REGULAR DONATOR (5$) ZONE ACCESSED VIA ::DZ
RUNE BAR ROCKS CAN ALSO BE FOUND IN THE DUNGEON UNDER MUDSKIPPER POINT
DAEYALT ORE CAN BE FOUND IN THE ENCHANTED CHICKEN SHRINE ON THE NW WALL OF ZANARIS (FOUND VIA THE FAIRY RING AT ::HALL REQUIRES ENCHANTED CHICKEN FROM FAIRY CHEF ALSO IN ZANARIS)
Use the enchanted chicken (100k from fairy chef) on the chicken shrine in the NW room of zanaris
Climb the ladder found in the western room of the chicken shrine
The ore veins will be found directly west of the ladder

Use the ore that you have mined, in bundles of 100, on the furnace located along the Northern wall of zanaris
