Smithing

Smithing is a pretty simple skill, the most important information to have are the level requirments, supplies (bars and a hammer), and the location (::hall).

Bronze bar         |  Level 1 | 558 xp from smelting and 1305 xp per bar used    | One copper ore and one tin ore

Iron bar             | Level 15 | 1125 xp from smelting and 2520 xp per bar used  | One iron ore

Silver bar           | Level 20 | 1233 xp from smelting                                               | One silver ore

Steel bar            | Level 30 | 1575 xp from smelting and 3555 xp per bar used  | One iron one and one coal ore

Gold bar             | Level 40 | 2025 xp from smelting                                               | One gold ore

Mithril bar          | Level 50 | 2570 xp from smelting and 4770 xp per bar used  | One mithril ore and one coal ore

Adamantite bar | Level 70 | 3375 xp from smelting and 5895 xp per bar used  | One adamantite ore and one coal ore

Runite bar          | Level 85 | 4500 xp from smelting and 7200 xp per bar used  | One runite ore and two coal ore

Location:

For regular players:

Do the command ::hall. Just to the north west there should be a bank chest, inside of the building to the north there are several useful things, a furnace for smelting, a Jewelry Kiln for making jewelry, a spinning wheel for making balls of wool and bowstrings, and an anvil for using your bars.

To start smithing, have 1 hammer and 27 bars in your inventory and 'use' a bar on the anvil. All of the things you make give the same exact amount of experience per bar, so the higher the amount of bars required, the faster the experience.

For people with SZ:

Use the building to the west of the bank. (it should have a map icon of a shirt and an anvil)

I would recommend avoiding gold / silver bars for the short amount of time it would even make sense to make them, you can't actually use the bars outside of crafting.
