New Item suggestions

I'm going to be going through the entirety of this list, suggesting what I believe each item could be used for, as well as where you should obtain it.

Name: Staff of armadyl      ID: 84

- For the Staff of Armadyl it is obtainable during "Temple of Ikov" in OSRS and then in RS3 It is used by Lucien against the Player.  For this item I believe it should be similar to the Icthlarins Sceptre but instead of having infinite casts of Blood Barrage giving it Infinite Casts of Ice Barrage as that is what is commonly used by Lucien against the player.  As for where It should be dropped considering the staff belongs to Armadyl it should be Dropped by Kree'Arra as a secret rare drop similarly to the "Crown of the Gods" in GWD2

Name: Pendant of Lucien      ID: 86

- For Pendant of Lucien it is also obtainable during "Temple of Ikov" and after the quest has no real use,  I believe it could be used as an upgrade to the Occult Necklace and be the new BIS Magic damage necklace.  In Regards of where it should be dropped, as Lucien is a servant to Zaros it should be dropped by the Zarosian boss, Akthanakos in GWD2

Name: Orb of protection     ID: 587 - This is a quest item from OSRS and RS3 as part of the "Tree Gnome Village" Quest, it is normally used to shroud the Village and essentially ward away all attacks defending the village making it so it can't be attacked.  In OSRS it is Normally dropped by the Khazard Warlord.  I think that for in the server it could have a number of uses, most notably PVP Related,  It could protect you from spells that would limit your movement for a period of time (30 seconds - 1 minute maybe) Or it could boost your defence upon using it making it harder to kill you and giving you more of a chance to escape,  In regards to what drops this I believe the Revenants should drop this, primarily (Dragon, Knight, Dark Beast and Ork)

Name: Frozen whip mix       ID: 12769 - This item is normally purchased from the Emblem Trader in Edgeville on OSRS or RS3.  If We ever add Frost Dragons I believe it could be the rarest drop from them and can be added to the Abyssal Whip giving it an Upgrade that will make it faster than the Tentacle whip as well as providing it with +10 more strength bonus

Name: Volcanic whip mix       ID: 12771 - This item is normally purchased from the Emblem Trader in Edgeville on OSRS or RS3.  This item could potentially be dropped by Lava Dragons  and could be the rarest drop from them and can be added to the Abyssal Whip giving it an Upgrade that will make it faster than the Tentacle whip as well as providing it with +10 more strength bonus.

Name: Partyhat set       ID: 13173 - Self Explanatory, Add ingame in order for Partyhats to be combined into a set, clearing up bank space

Name: Halloween mask set       ID: 13175 - Self Explanatory, Add ingame in order for Halloween Masks to be combined into a set, clearing up bank space

Name: Golden tinderbox        ID: 2946 - Can be Added to Lootcrate and gives 1.5x xp in Firemaking, While in your Inventory.

Name: Golden hammer        ID: 2949 - Can be Added to Lootcrate and gives 1.5x xp in Smithing, While in your Inventory.

Name: Golden wool        ID: 3694 - Can be Added to Lootcrate and gives 1.5x xp in Crafting, While in your Inventory.

Name: Rogue top        ID: 5553 - Can be obtained from thieving from any stall, sorceress garden upon turning in all squirks, or thieves paradise chests with a 1/250 chance of receiving it.  Upon obtaining and wearing the full set has a 1/15 chance of receiving double the item that you just thieved in a noted form.  Stacks with Thieving Cape (t), Also gives 2x XP while wearing the full set.

Name: Magic secateurs        ID: 7409 - Can be Added to Lootcrate and gives 1.5x xp in Farming, While Equipped.

Name: Magic cape rack        ID: 9873 - Can Be Added at home and Put on the docks, lets you store any kind of cape ingame, will help clear bank space.

Name: Golden feather       ID: 10175 - Can Be Added to Lootcrate and gives 1.5x XP in Fletching, While in your Inventory.

Name: Blood diamond        ID: 4670 -  Teleports you to "Dessous" Can be a new boss added to the game. Drop table subject to change when created.

Name: Ice diamond        ID: 4671 - Teleports you to "Kamil" Can be a new boss added to the game. Drop table subject to change when created.

Name: Smoke diamond        ID: 4672 - Teleports you to "Fareed" Can be a new boss added to the game. Drop table subject to change when created.

Name: Shadow diamond        ID: 4673 - Teleports you to "Damis" Can be a new boss added to the game. Drop table subject to change when created.

Orb of protection idea seems a bit OP, it'd basically make magic in pvp worthless.

 

The other ideas look pretty interesting, especially the sets for saving bank space.

I mean as it stands you can full TB somebody in full melee 

and barrage times and stuff are messed up as is so I think it would balance it out
