Backalley 121 Posted March 3, 2018 Hi all, This post will only concern the few people that would like to get a staff position. First off all, Becoming a staff member doesn't happen overnight. What we really look for in staff, is someone who is generally there to help, to advance the server, and our community. Not themselves. Doing nothing in-game, then making a staff application WILL NOT get you a staff spot, so don't waste your time. Asking current staff members "Do you know if im being looked at for staff?", "Have you seen my application?", "Is it good enough?" is only showing us that you want the position for the wrong reasons. For self gain. We want people that are serious, genuine and want the server to succeed. All you need to do is HELP. Helping for 2 or 3 hours, then making a staff application still WILL NOT do anything. If you're serious, Continue to help and don't stop.
